This is an interesting article about wine closures.  Will be watching for results.   As usual, UC Davis does a great job looking at ‘all things wine’ from a scientific perspective.  Every class and/or publication is always top notch.  I’ll be looking to see if the screw caps can provide the necessary slow-term oxidation red wine may need for good bottle aging.  We shall see.  xoSB
