For those of you located in the area, I would love for you to consider attending Wine Appreciation: Discovering Unique Varietals.  I will be teaching this class through the Sacramento Natural Food Co-op in Midtown on Saturday, November 3rd from 3-5 p.m.  We'll cover tasting techniques and apply them to some whites and reds you may never have tried.  Appetizers and snacks will be served and suggested pairings will be discussed.  The venue is a cute and casual facility adjacent to the Co-op itself.  Super fun and low key.  Here is the link for registration if you are interested.  Cheers! xoSB
